Turkey-based Cagil Makina is specilized in the production of tailor-made spiral welded steel pipe and electric resistance welded steel pipe machinery, offering a wide range of cost effective solutions for their pipe manufacturing needs. Cagil Makina can design and manufacture the complete production mill with machines to produce pipe profiles which are used in many different gas, petrol and water line applications.
The various units can be tailor-made and added to the SWP machinery depending on the customers’ requirements using the following specifications and options:
• The coil holding system
This offers a coil pre-tensioning system and uncoiling with peeler.
• The flattening system
Options include five roll, seven roll and precision levelling.
• Strip end joining system
With end milling, 10 minutes from start to stop guaranteed system and 15 minutes from start to stop guaranteed system.
• Edge milling units
These include the options of a 450mm or a 600mm cutter head. There are power options and it has a complete gear transmission system.
• Main drives
These have the feeding force options of; 60, 100, 140 or 170 Mtons.
• Edge prebender
This comes in either Two Roll or Three Roll.
• Forming Unit
With either 160 Mtons, 340 Mtons, 450 Mtons or 600 Mtons
All other Cagil Makina’s equipment such as for pipe handling and pipe finishing machinery could be also designed and manufactured according to customer needs and request.
